## When choosing Minecraft version, it is important to check if the mod you want to play supports the Minecraft version you have selected
## As a rule of thumb, anything below 1.16.5 works with Java 8, 1.17 requires Java 16, 1.18 - 1.20.4 requires Java 17, and from 1.20.5 and beyond as of writing only works with Java 21.
## I personally recommended [https://adoptium.net/temurin/releases/ Eclipse Temurin aka. Adoptium] as your Java distribution.
## After you installed Java and click Auto-Detect, it should detect the Java installation on your machine. Use that.
# Log in with your Microsoft Account
